2 Days/Week – $255/month
1 Day/Week – $140/month
1:1 Personal Training is scheduled individually and costs $60 per half hour
Small Group Training – A supportive environment where you can challenge yourself.
Focused Strength Work – Squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press and accessory work tailored to build real strength.
Community & Accountability – Train with women who lift each other up, literally and figuratively.
