Blair was able to treat me and show me many techniques and stretches that helped tremendously right through to delivery and even helped treat and correct my posture and positioning with less pain after my son was born. I highly recommend Pregnancy and Postpartum PT for any pregnant person! Jessie was able to help me significantly reduce the pelvic pain I was experiencing in my third trimester.
