Working with Beth has changed my life in so many ways. Her willingness to gently educate and collaboratively reassess our treatment plan/approach as often as needed to ensure that I feel safe and supported is care that I have never received from a medical professional before."

Hello! I’m Beth! My education includes a Bachelors Degree in Rehabilitation Science (2010) from Northeastern University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (2011), also from Northeastern University. I first became interested in pelvic floor physical therapy after having my son and being extremely humbled by the whole experience. I thought my labor and delivery and postpartum recovery would be no big deal since I was a physical therapist; that couldn’t be farther from the truth and I quickly realized how much more there was to learning about the benefits of pelvic floor therapy and how much it can affect someone’s quality of life, both prenatal and postpartum. It has been nine years since my first baby and I have gained an enormous amount of experience and education through continuing education and working with all aspects of the pelvic floor.
When I’m not working, I am playing and laughing with the men in my life; my 2 boys, husband and dog, Ruffy. They all keep me on my toes with swimming at the lake, visits to Cape Cod and turning just about anything into an obstacle course for fun and adventure.
Hi, I’m Liv! I’m a pelvic PT because it blends so many of my favorite things: movement and strength with birth work, reproductive justice, and support for our bodies across the lifespan. Before pelvic health, I treated orthopedic clients—so when you see me, I want to hear about your perinatal journey, pain or leakage concerns, and your persistent neck or knee issues too. I love it all, and I strive to deliver genuine whole-person care.
I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. I’m also a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga teacher. Outside of work, I enjoy varied movement training, tromping around the woods with my boys (2 young sons and a husband), and continuing to learn through lots of ongoing pelvic health education. I’m often listening to an audiobook and cooking (with mixed results). I bring empathy, a little goofiness, and a commitment to lifelong learning into my work with each client.
Hi, I'm Sydney! I'm an admin here at PPPT, as well as the face behind this website design and our logo! I graduated college in 2024 with a graphic design degree, but broke my leg the day after graduation in a sports accident, which prevented me from working for several months. I had a major surgery, and started here remotely designing this website while I was recovering. Once I was back on my feet, I was very lucky to be able to start in-person as an admin while doing graphic design work as well! Watching this business grow and touch more people's lives is truly a privilege. Growing up as a gymnast with several injuries, I felt that women's bodies were not well understood in healthcare and athletics. It means so much to be able to contribute my skills somewhere that is changing that patient by patient!
When I'm not here at PPPT, you can find me coaching the kiddos at my jiu jitsu gym or doing kickboxing or MMA. I also love to paint and spend time outside and with my friends, family, and dogs.
