I Matter Too

A daily postpartum support journal

I Matter Too is a journal designed to support new moms during the fragile postpartum period. It is a tool to help women consciously navigate the physical, emotional and spiritual changes they face upon entering the nebulous journey of parenting. I Matter Too was created from the belief that when moms take care of themselves first, the whole family (including baby) benefits. It is designed to help new moms grow into balanced, wholehearted role models for their children, while resisting societal pressures to become martyrs to the new identity. Finally, it is a tool for planning and reflecting on essential self-care needs that will critically define the reader's experience of new motherhood.
